letter written to the rabbinical court of Haifa about a man who went to Haifa and left his wife and child in Poland as a AGUNA, and married an other woman in Israel. he ask the rabbi's in Haifa to find him and obliged him to send a divorce (get) to his first wife.

R'Abraham Chaim  Teitelbaum was the son from R'Moshe Duvid the rabbi of Lapash the grandson from the Yetev Lev Sigget. son in law of R'Arye Leibush Halberstam from Gribev. he was the Rabbi of Krenitsa in Poland, perished in the holocaust.
